SEMC -
Design
- A newer
version of the fairing concept that combined three parts into one molded
component. This part combined with two boots replaces a five part assembly.
This part has a co-cured fluoro-elastomer and hard nickel leading edge
for erosion protection.
- The SEMC component is shown is the exploded view of the fairing assembly. This single component used to consist of (2) side panels and (1) leading edge, plus mounting hardware.
